One thing that grew amazingly this year were our HOT peppers! While most of us have wimpy pallets when it comes to hot things, my hubby can take the heat. We pushed even his spicy taste to the limit this year. For the first time we grew ghost peppers! Lots of firsts this year, because we started our peppers from seed!
My nephew, Cash, gave me a ghost pepper seed a long time ago & I hung on to it all these years. Watch the video to see our bumper crop! We also grew a beautiful Caribbean Red Habanero Pepper by seed, from Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds What a beautiful pepper!
Update: They no longer carry the seeds to this pepper:(
We turned all these beautiful peppers into a sweet and spicy sauce. We had so much fun in the garden and the kitchen together making gifts for those in our lives that like it HOT! Enjoy:
