Started like this…

In the beginning I thought 2 beds in my side yard, where I got sun, was what I needed. Once I realized that I needed to put a fence around those 2 beds to keep out the rabbits, I decided to either go BIG or give up. I am not known for my “give up” personality. Really, I had a lot of support this year. Thank you to family and friends who made this all possible!  Look at our year at Bloom Where You’re Planted!

We took down Goliath. The homestead is no longer root bound!
We became bee keepers to, not one, but two beautiful hives!
We added an herb garden out of cinder blocks.
Vine ripe tomatoes, the taste of Summer!

We mourned

A lot happened in one year! We got knocked down a few times, but with our heavenly Father’s help we got right back up. In the end the thing that kept us going was …
